Corrections. If you've spotted a mistake, put "Correction" in the subject line and include the link. Our editorial standards explain how we handle them.
Your account. Most things can be done on your account page: change your emails, download your data, track your story or delete your account. If a sign-in code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, wait a minute and ask for a new one. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
Unsubscribing. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works at once.
Partners. Sponsors and affiliate partners can't buy reviews, ratings or quiz results. How we make money has the rules.
A Spark Twice membership. Spark Twice is a matchmaking service run by Datelyst's parent company, with its own support team. For questions about an application or membership, please contact it through its own website. Datelyst can't see or change your membership.
